Webinar To Highlight Baltimore’s Anti-Animal Cruelty Campaign

June 6, 2012

On June 29, 2012, at 3 p.m. E.T., the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (APA) will host the Webinar, “Building an Anti-Animal Cruelty Campaign: Show Your Soft Side.”

This 1-hour training Webinar will highlight Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake’s Anti-Animal Abuse Advisory Commission and its “Show Your Soft Side” campaign, which focuses attention on juvenile-inflicted animal cruelty. Presenters will discuss how a community with limited resources can form an anti-animal abuse committee and create an ad or public service announcement campaign promoting a local anti-cruelty task force.

The APA is funded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance.

Registration is available online.
