Webinar To Explore Culturally Based Healing for Latino Youth

On February 26, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., ET, the National Compadres Network (NCN) will present a free Webinar titled "Stop the Trauma. Start the Healing: La Cultura Cura, a Process of Transformational Health and Healing." Based on the brown paper titled Lifting Latinos Up By Their Rootstraps: Moving Beyond Trauma Through A Healing-Informed Framework for Latino Boys and Men, the 1-hour Webinar will address an ethnographic analysis of the efficacy of La Cultura Cura or Transformational Healing. Jerry Tello and Juan Gomez from NCN will be the presenters.
