The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) has announced the fiscal year 2013 Juvenile Indigent Defense National Clearinghouse funding opportunity. This program will support a national clearinghouse to address the due process deprivations of indigent youth in the justice system and to improve the quality of juvenile indigent defense representation. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 15, 2013.
