Applications for Youth in Custody Certificate Program Being Accepted

Youth In Custoday Certificate ProgramThe Center for Juvenile Justice Reform (CJJR) at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy is accepting applications for its Youth in Custody Certificate Program, to be held June 10–14, 2014, in Washington, DC. CJJR’s programs promote a multisystem, multidisciplinary approach to policies, programs, and practices that improve outcomes for at-risk and justice system-involved youth. The Youth in Custody Certificate Program, offered in partnership with OJJDP’s National Center for Youth in Custody, the Missouri Department of Social Services' Division of Youth Services, and the Council of State Governments Justice Center, will help professionals in juvenile justice and other child-serving fields make systemic changes using best practices to improve outcomes for youth in custody. The application deadline is February 28, 2014.
