Technical Assistance Available for Integrating Financial Education in Tribal Youth Programs

OJJDP, the National Congress of American Indians, and First Nations Oweesta are partnering to present training and technical assistance on integrating financial education into tribal youth programs. Free one-on-one technical assistance on financial education, including how staff can develop schedules, promotional materials, and community partnerships, will be available to tribal youth programs. An upcoming three-part Webinar series on financial education will also be available. Topics will include teaching different age groups, designing a program, and structuring a curriculum.

Training and technical assistance may be conducted via site visits or phone/Skype. E-mail tta@firstpic.org by May 30, 2014.
