Taking place from 9 AM - 12 PM, this workshop will introduce key concepts in organizational development and capacity building. Participants will learn how to identify their organizational capacity challenges, develop and implement capacity building plans, work effectively with consultants and more. Each participant will receive a detailed capacity building toolkit.
