Interpersonal conflict can be stressful and detrimental. It can also be productive and transformative, if we are aware of conflict triggers and learn to master our responses. This event will help you learn how to recognize your own constructive and destructive responses to conflict.

As part of a professional development series, this workshop is designed for nonprofit professionals, teachers, and school administrators. The workshop will take place from 9 AM - 12 PM.
