Many nonprofits and schools seek to better understand their strengths, their challenges and implement actions that will help them achieve higher performance. In this one day training of facilitators, you will learn how to guide staff of your organization through a participatory capacity self-assessment process. Participants in this training will have opportunities to engage in practice facilitation and will walk away with a wide range of tools and templates to support the capacity assessment process.
