The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention's (OJJDP) State Training and Technical Assistance Center (STTAC) will host a 1-hour live chat on disproportionate minority contact (DMC) with a focus on prevention and systems improvement strategies. Andrea Coleman, OJJDP's DMC Coordinator, will discuss best practices, focusing on arrests/referrals to court in the juvenile justice setting.
