Summary

The annual values of the minority RRI for the waiver decision in delinquency offense cases were relatively high in the early 1990s and declined through 2003, before increasing slightly through 2010. The small numbers of waived cases involving AIAN and AHPI youth made the value of their annual RRIs unstable over the period and any summary of their trends unadvisable.
