The Toolkit for Court Performance Measures in Child Abuse and Neglect Cases provides detailed guidance about court performance measures for child abuse and neglect cases and offers a general approach that can help dependency courts successfully implement a performance measurement process.

An Essential Resource for Juvenile and Family Courts

Pilot tested in 12 diverse sites, the Toolkit reflects a breadth and richness of experience that will make it useful for any juvenile or family court. The Toolkit is designed to:

  • Ensure the safety, permanence, and well-being of abused and neglected children.
  • Improve and strengthen our Nation's dependency systems and cross-system supports.
